Basically, it is only available within Japan. We are unable to ship overseas.

About delivery date and flow from completion of order procedure to pick-up

① Ordering: For customized products, we will order the doll with the desired customization details.

② Manufacturing: Manufactured at the factory. TPE dolls can be completed in about 3-5 days. Silicone dolls have a longer production period than TPE dolls, with Sanhuidoll taking about 10 days, Sinodoll/RZRDOLL taking about 25 days, and the production period with real makeup for Sinodoll or Top-Sino sometimes taking 60 days. The production period may be extended depending on the order status of the factory, so if you are in a hurry, please contact us.

③ Completed image: Once the doll is completed, we will send the completed image to your registered email address. After receiving your confirmation, we will arrange for shipping from the factory. In order to deliver the item as quickly as possible, if we do not receive a confirmation reply within 24 hours, we will arrange for the item to be shipped from the factory with the completed image intact.

④ International Mail: Your ordered product will be sent by international mail (Fedex) from our factory in China. It usually takes about 5 to 9 days. There may be some delays due to weather, customs clearance, etc. If you would like the item to be delivered to the Sagawa Express office, please let us know by email. Our store can also accommodate you.

⑤ Specify delivery date and time: After confirming the actual product, please let us know your desired delivery date by email in advance, and we will be able to accommodate it. When shipping, we make sure that the contents are not visible. Please rest assured.

⑥ Pickup: According to the above process, it will take 2 to 3 weeks in total to pick up your child. For silicone dolls, it may take more time. Please contact us for specific details.

About shipping charges:

At ITYDOLL, we are currently offering free shipping throughout Japan as a token of our gratitude to our customers.
(Delivery charges are calculated to be approximately 5,000 yen on average within Japan, but we will continue to work hard to avoid burdening our customers...)

About sales office local delivery

If you write "○○ delivery place" in the notes section of the order form, we can also arrange for it to be mailed there. After the product is delivered, we will share the tracking number with you, so you can pick up the product directly at the nearest Sagawa Express, Seino Transport, Tonami Transport office, or your designated office.

About packing method

Regarding packaging methods, problems during delivery are common. In case of damage, communication with the delivery company regarding insurance etc. takes a lot of effort and time. To avoid this problem, we double-pack the items using reinforced cardboard and Styrofoam inside. Also, even if a family member accidentally opens the doll, they will not be noticed because the doll is wrapped in a blanket.

In the case of Tonami Transport

We can accept cargo over 50 kg in weight, but there are restrictions on the delivery date and time, and we do not deliver on holidays or Sundays. We recommend that you check the tracking number and contact the delivery person to reserve a delivery time slot.

In the case of Seino Transportation

You can specify the delivery time from [Morning] or [Afternoon].
