• When shopping at our store (ITYDOLL), you can use the following two payment methods.
• Payment method ①: Bank transfer The transfer fee will be borne by the customer;
• Payment method ②: Credit card payment;
• Payment method ③: Credit card payment & bank transfer.
• *It is a prerequisite that the product price be paid in advance for any of the above methods.

Credit card payment：

① Acceptable credit cards include VISA, JCB, Master, Diners Club, and VISA debit cards.

②When paying by credit card, the monthly closing date and payment date vary depending on the credit card company. If you have any further questions regarding the withdrawal date, please contact your credit card company.

③We will pay the fees. Payments can only be made in one lump sum. [Payment completion] notification will be automatically sent via email.

④About credit card installment payments It is assumed that all purchases made at our store will be processed as a lump sum payment. After making your payment, you can contact your credit card company and select ribbon payment to make monthly repayments. Please contact your credit card company for more details.

⑤If the payment amount exceeds 500,000 yen due to the credit card payment company's upper limit, the credit card payment may be split into multiple payments. We will provide further details after your order is confirmed.

⑥The billing name on the usage statement will be "Chocom-SHI0570000696". There is no text related to love dolls, so you can use it with confidence.

Bank transfer payment

①Payment can be made by bank transfer. Account information is provided on the order form and in automated emails. After making the transfer, please send a "completion email" to "info@dachiwife.com" and once we have confirmed the payment, the payment will be complete. [Payment completion] notification will be automatically sent via email.

② In the case of bank transfer, please make the payment within 14 days after receiving the order. Please note that if payment is not confirmed within 14 days, your order may be cancelled.

*Bank account information is also included in the automated email titled "Order Confirmation", so you can check it from the automated email once you close the screen when placing your order.

*The transfer fee is approximately 220 yen, and the customer is responsible for paying the transfer fee.

*Each bank seems to be strengthening its measures to prevent bank transfer fraud on a daily basis, and in rare cases, the bank may contact you by phone to confirm your payment after the transfer procedure. If you explain that it is not a scam, you can proceed with the procedure normally.
