Same day dispatch

At Wild Secrets, we pride ourselves on our fast and discreet dispatch service, which allows our fun-loving customers to enjoy their purchases hassle-free and as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in Australia (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you place your order Monday to Friday before 2pm AEST/AEDT, it will be dispatched on the same day.

If you've missed the 2pm cut-off time, or in the unlikely event that your order was unable to be dispatched on the same day, rest assured that it will leave our warehouse on the next business day.

We utilise various delivery carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, and DHL. All orders are fully trackable, an email containing your tracking link will be issued on the day of dispatch.

Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the product purchased or name of the site purchased from. For further discretion, the sender’s name will not be displayed on the parcel.

Your order may be left unattended at the nominated delivery address, in a safe place out of the weather. 

Although, the delivery operator may choose to take your parcel to your nearest Post Office for collection if they are unable to determine a safe location at the delivery address.

We cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost or stolen from the delivery address after delivery has been completed. However, If your parcel is misdelivered please contact Customer Service.

Your order may be left unattended at the delivery address, however, if the area is deemed unsafe for delivery, the delivery person may choose to leave a 'missed delivery' card so that you can arrange a redelivery or collection from the nearest depot.

Please be informed, we cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost or stolen from the delivery address. However, we will assist in rectifying any delivery issues with the postal service.

The standard shipping service offers two options:

Option 1: Signature required (recommended)

This option requires your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a 'missed delivery' card will be left so that you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.

When using this service, we fully guarantee the delivery of your parcel.

Option 2: Authority to leave (ATL)

If you choose this option, your order may be left unattended at the delivery address. However, if the area is deemed unsafe for delivery, the postal service worker or driver, may choose to leave a 'missed delivery' card so that you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.

By choosing the ATL option, we cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost or stolen from the delivery address. However, we will assist in rectifying any delivery issues with the postal service.

Express: 2-4 business days

Australian customers: AU$16.99 per order

This service is fully trackable and requires your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a 'missed delivery' card will be left so that you can contact the post office to arrange collection of your parcel.

Customer terms for New Zealand, USA, Canada & all other countries

New Zealand, USA, Canada and all other countries' customers to this site warrant, understand and agree to the following:

* Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties or tariffs for their destination country.
* If customs impounds the goods sent from us, the charges and/or cost of goods will not be refunded.
* If the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.
